Lemon Pillows- A square of tartness consisting of puff pastry, lemon curd, fresh whip cream, a drizzling of lemon curd topped with a dusting of powered sugar. Available in other flavors.  Subject to availability.


Napoleons- Delightful French pastry cream sandwiched between to light pastry sheets topped with white and dark chocolate.

Profiterole Swans-Pate choux pastry filled with rich whipped cream. Decorated as a swan, dusted with powdered sugar.
